The Phoen 110 Indirect Oil Fired Heater has a two-stage burner, providing outputs of either 72kW (245,000 BTUs / Hr) on the first stage, or 106kW (363,000 BTUs / Hr) on the second; it is a hybrid of the EC and Jumbo, combining the ECs' aesthetics and fuel tank design, with larger air movement and longer ducting capacity associated with the Jumbos. You can expect to have a exhaust temperature in the range of 280-320°C.
The ignition process is governed by an electronic control box, with a safety thermostat and an electronic flame sensor as standard. The heater's AISI 430 Stainless Steel Combustion Chamber features four smoke revolutions for increased efficiency. Unlike the ECs, the Phoen 110 also has a "summer / winter" switch, which enables the unit to be used as a fan when required, providing fresh air into structures in warmer weather.
The Phoen 110 is used as an automatic heater with the Heavy Duty Thermostat (02AC582); the thermostat has a temperature range of -5/+50°C and is supplied as standard with 10m of cable. The increased airflow from the Phoen 110 negates the need for any hypalon high temperature lead on the ducting, and subsequently a standard PVC1 ducting is used with this heater.
The heater can be fitted with a Recirculation Adaptor (02AC558) which enables the unit to utilise the warm air from inside the structure, thus increasing efficiency; ducting with a "close pitched helix" MUST be used in conjunction with any recirculation adaptor - please consult one of the Arcotherm sales team for further advice.
The Phoen 110 is used in sectors as diverse as construction, remediation, event / temporary structure industry, agricuture and horticulture.
The 135 litre fuel tank will support 12 hours continuous use; as with the larger GEs and ECs, the Phoen 110 can be converted to a single pipe system to facilitate connection to a bunded fuel tank or IBC (Intermediary Bulk Container). Arcotherm will be delighted to quote for a tigerloop and the necessary fittings.
Upon receipt of your heater you will receive an e-mail with a link to your warranty registration form; upon submission, and subject to your heater having been serviced in line with Arcotherm Terms and Conditions, the Phoen 110 will carry a 3-Year "Big Five" Warranty.
