The new Jumbos have been designed to maintain the durability and reliability of the long-standing models, whilst incorporating some exciting design and technical modifications to enhance the range for the future. The main visual changes include the flue's exhaust position, front and rear electrical service panels, and cross-pleated body panels for added strength.
The Jumbo 185M has an output of 170kW (584,000 BTUs / Hr) and boasts an impressive airflow of 13,000 m³ / Hr; the Jumbo 185M is supplied complete with a 650mm One Way Air Adaptor, an Ecoflam Oil Burner, and a Tigerloop Air Separator.
The combination of the new combustion chamber and the newly designed, higher performance fans, ensures higher heat efficiency. The new fan assembly is IP55 rated, and conforms with the European Directive ERP 2009/125/CE target for 2015; the noise level is <67db @ 2 metres, and the 7-blade , high performance fan, offers uniform diffusion of the warm air through the ducting.
The front service panel is IP65 rated, and houses the burner, thermostat socket and safety thermostat; the safety thermostat can be manually reset in the event of the unit overheating. The front panel also houses a Power Indicator Light, Burner Indicator Light, and Overheat Indicator Light, for ease of diagnosis in the event of failure.
The rear service panel is also IP65 rated and houses the main electrical components within one, easy to access, component box. The new Jumbos have the added benefit of password-protected thermostat settings to prevent unwanted and unnecessary changes being made whilst in use; the digital display also monitors the number of hours the machine has been used, which will be very effective in scheduling service patterns, and providing reports to end-users, where necessary.
All electrical connections to the major components, e.g. Burner, Fan and Thermostats have quick - connect couplings, which are IP68 rated; this is designed to facilitate quick assembly / disassembly, and to eliminate mistakes.

Upon receipt of your heater you will receive an e-mail with a link to your warranty registration form; upon submission, and subject to your heater having been serviced in line with Arcotherm Terms and Conditions, the Jumbo 185M will carry a 3-Year "Big Five" Warranty.
